One of my standout favorites at KT Inihaw Express is their “Alamang Spicy Bagoong” -with Ensalada. As someone who typically isn’t fond of bagoong, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this version. Made with love, it is masarap and supremely tasty, elevating every bite with its unique flavor. Another highlight is their BBQ, which is authentically prepared with a thick hickory paste that mirrors the soul food BBQ sauce, avoiding the overly sweet or watery consistency found in other places.

KT Inihaw Express is renowned for its diverse and delectable inihaw (grilled) dishes. Their menu features an array of options, including Tuna Panga, Tuna Belly, Salmon Belly, Pampano, and Pusit. Each dish is expertly grilled to perfection, ensuring a mouthwatering experience that will have you returning time and again.
